Global Notification Settings

The "Global Notification Settings" page lets you configure notifications settings that span across services. As of now the only option available here is to set upcoming maintenance reminders.

Maintenance Reminders

Under "Maintenance Reminders", you can choose when you want to be notified about upcoming maintenance in your monitored services. Note that these reminders are sent in advance at the time of your choosing before the maintenance actually starts, giving you sufficient time to plan ahead.

• Never - You will not receive any upcoming maintenance reminders.

• n hours before - You can set this to receive reminders anytime between 1-48 hours before a maintenance starts.

These settings are global - they affect maintenance reminders across all of your monitored services.

Irrespective of these settings, when a maintenance event starts and completes, you will receive notifications as usual if you have set up notification channels.

A prerequisite to changing these options is that you must have a notification channel enabled where you can receive the reminders.

If you have more than one notification channel, the reminders will be sent to all your channels.
