Slack Integration

You can integrate Slack with IncidentHub to get notified when incidents occur.

Steps

  1. Follow the steps in https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks and copy the webhook URL.

  2. Go to your IncidentHub account and click on Channels -> Add -> Slack

  3. Add a Name and Description

  4. Under "Slack webhook URL", paste the URL that you copied earlier and click Save
